Purchase options cancellation policy
This policy applies to any Order placed using a purchase option — that is, a subscription, a pre-order, or a deferred or instalment purchase. It supplements, and does not replace, Our Refund Policy and Terms of Service, which set out the full terms governing Your Order.
Your statutory cancellation right
You have the 14 day "cooling-off" right described in Our Refund Policy. For purchase options, this period begins on the day You receive the first Goods supplied under Your Order, or — where no Goods are supplied — on the day the Contract is formed.
How to cancel
To cancel an active subscription, a pre-order not yet dispatched, or any other purchase option, please contact Us at support@bluefintrading.co.uk or via Our contact form. Cancellation of a subscription takes effect at the end of the current billing period; no further charges will be taken.
Refunds and instalment plans
Where a refund is due following cancellation, it will be issued in accordance with Our Refund Policy. Where You have paid using a third-party deferred-payment or instalment provider (for example Klarna), Your scheduled payments are governed by that provider's own terms; please direct any related queries to them.
Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected by this policy.
