Delivery
All orders are shipped from our EU warehouse.
After shipment, you will receive tracking information via email, either from Bluefin SUP, or one of our delivery partners. This will be sent to the email address you provided when ordering. Please check your junk/spam folder.
Free shipping over 100 €
We offer free shipping to most EU destinations* on orders over €100. Orders under this value can get the same great service for just €4,99. We aim to ensure that all orders placed before 2pm CET are dispatched the same day, and lead times will vary by your location.
*Free shipping does not apply to the following regions: Estonia, Sicily, Sardinia, Croatia, Greece, Finland, Switzerland, Canary Islands, Balearic Islands, Madeira and Azores. Delivery Fees to these regions are calculated at Checkout.
In case you anticipate that you will not be home during the delivery attempt, rest assured that the carrier will make every effort to ensure successful delivery by:
- Delivering to a Neighbour: If you have a trusted neighbour who can accept the package on your behalf, the carrier will attempt to deliver to them.
- Safe Place: If you have a designated safe place on your property where the package can be left securely, please let the carrier know.
The Customer is responsible for making suitable arrangements for the delivery of Goods. If no one is available and a safe place is not nominated by to our delivery partner, Bluefin SUP will not be held responsible for any consequential loss following a successful delivery. All deliveries are limited to doorstep/curbside locations.
Deliveries to Switzerland
Please note that all orders delivering to Switzerland are delivered on a Delivered at Place (DAP) basis and are exclusive of VAT. You will be responsible as the customer for the import of the goods to Switzerland. As such, you will be charged separately by our delivery partner to collect Swiss VAT on your purchase as well as a customs clearance fee prior to delivery.
Additional Information
If you are due to receive a free gift with your purchase, please be aware this will be sent as a separate package.
Any orders with a delivery address at a pack station or PO box are unable to be delivered by our couriers. Doing so will automatically cancel your order, so please ensure you use a business or residential address on your order.
